CASMAS, CICOT set for Epic Showdown in Dukeland Championship Final

 

The Football team of the College of Arts, Social and Management Sciences, CASMAS, will battle their counterpart from the College of Information and Communication Technology, CICOT, in the final of Dukeland Intercollegiate Football Competition.

The Intercollegiate Football Competition was put together to mark the birthday of the wife of the founder of Crescent University Abeokuta.

To get to the final, CASMAS defeated COES by four goals to one on penalties after the match had ended one goal apiece during the regulation in the first semi of the competition.

CICOT on the other hand, beat BACOLAW by two goals to nothing in the second final.

The final match between CASMAS and CICOT will come up on Monday 15th December at the school field beginning from 4:30pm.

A statement by the organizer says that there will be a Novelty match between Crescent University and Samba Queens by 4pm while the 3rd place involving Bacolaw and COES will kick off at half past two in the afternoon.
