MAPOLY Rector Urges Staff, Students to Embody Love, Kindness this Christmas
The Rector of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, MAPOLY, Abeokuta, Dr. 'Koye Jolaoso, has extended a festive message to the institution's staff and students, urging them to embody the values of love, kindness, joy, happiness, and peace that define the Christmas season.
In a statement by the Head, Public Relations and Protocol 'yemi Ajibola, Dr. Jolaoso expressed appreciation for the support of staff and the efforts of students in maintaining a peaceful and conducive learning environment throughout the year.
He emphasized that the spirit of love and cooperation had been instrumental in driving the polytechnic's repositioning and rebranding agenda in 2025.
The Rector called on members of the MAPOLY community to celebrate the festive season with moderation and to continue demonstrating unconditional love for one another.
He announced that the institution will operate half-day duty on December 24th and 31st, 2025, and reminded staff and students that December 25th and 26th, 2025, as well as January 1st, 2026, are public holidays as declared by the Federal Government.
Arc. Dr. 'Koye Jolaoso, on behalf of the Governing Council and Management, wished all staff and students a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
