HON. SULAIMON FELICITATES Ogun Residents ON GOOD FRIDAY

 




The Governors Liaison Officer to Governor Dapo Abiodun, Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Sanni Sulaimon, has feleicitated  the good people of Ogun State, particularly the residents of Abeokuta North, on the solemn occasion of Good Friday.




Hon. Sulaimon, who is also a committed stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a renowned philanthropist, described Good Friday as a sacred moment in the Christian calendar, a day that symbolizes sacrifice, love, humility, and redemption. 


In a statement through his media aide, Chief Jamiu Akeju, Hon Sulaimon  urged Christians and all residents to reflect deeply on the virtues exemplified by Jesus Christ, especially selflessness, patience, and unwavering faith.

According to him, Good Friday reminds us of the power of sacrifice and the triumph of hope over despair. It is a time for sober reflection and a call to embrace unity, peace, and compassion in our communities.

Hon Sulaimon also encouraged the people of Ogun State to use the occasion to pray for continued peace, progress, and prosperity of the state and the nation at large. 

The Abeokuta North Governors Liaison Officer reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that uplift the welfare of the people and promote sustainable development across Abeokuta North.

“As we observe this sacred day, let us renew our commitment to peaceful coexistence and extend love to one another, regardless of differences. Together, we can build a stronger, more united community,” he added.

Hon. Sulaimon wished all Christians a solemn and reflective Good Friday and prayed that the blessings of the season bring renewed hope and joy to every home.
