Gateway Airport: Ilisan Youths Welcome President Tinubu, Praise Ogun Govt



The Ilisan Youth Development Association has welcomed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Ilisan Remo for the commissioning of the newly constructed Gateway International Airport.

The association described the project as a historic milestone that places Ilisan Remo on the map as a key hub for economic growth, connectivity, and development.

They also commended the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, for his visionary leadership and commitment to infrastructure, noting that the airport stands as a legacy project for future generations.

Traditional rulers in Remo Land, including the Olofin of Ilisan Remo and the Akarigbo of Remo, were also praised for their continued support and dedication to the progress of the community.

The youth body expressed pride in hosting the President, stating that his visit highlighted the national importance of the project and marks a defining moment in the history of Ilisan Remo.

They also expressed optimism about the future and reaffirming their support for continued development in the region.
