Chelle Targets Another Unity Cup Triumph

 


Nigeria’s Head Coach Eric Chelle has expressed confidence ahead of the Unity Cup final against Jamaica in London.

The Super Eagles qualified for the final after beating Zimbabwe two-nil, while Jamaica defeated India by the same scoreline.

Chelle says his youthful squad is focused on victory and ready to defend the title Nigeria won last year.

The coach added that penalties remain part of football, but insists his team’s mentality is always to win within regulation time.

Nigeria and Jamaica last met in the tournament final where the Super Eagles emerged champions after a dramatic penalty shootout.
