Ogun Gets New Head of Service as Onasanya Retires

 






The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has approved the appointment of Mr. Olanrewaju Iskeel Saka as the new Head of the Ogun State Public Service.

Mr. Saka’s appointment follows the retirement of the immediate past Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Onasanya.

Before his new appointment, Mr. Saka served as the Permanent Secretary in the Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services.

He began his career in the Ogun State Public Service as a classroom teacher in 1993 before transferring to the mainstream civil service in 2006 as a Senior Administrative Officer.

Born on February fifteenth, nineteen sixty-eight, Mr. Saka is described as an experienced administrator with strong expertise in policy coordination and implementation.

He is also a member of several professional bodies, including the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

In a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, the appointment was said to be in recognition of Mr. Saka’s dedication, commitment, and outstanding service to Ogun State.
